A group broadcast helps you send one reviewed message so the whole team receives the same information. The change does not hide in a conversation; it arrives directly in each member’s inbox.

It takes three steps:

• Open Group management and choose Group broadcast.
• Write the subject and short message, then check the preview or send a test to yourself.
• After confirming, choose Send now.

You can use this as a group administrator; the daily limit protects the team from unnecessary mail.
