Keep a clear break in your setlist
Halfway through rehearsal you stop for a quick check-in, and someone asks, “Which song are we doing next?” You do not want everyone to pick up the thread from a different place.
A break row puts a visible divider in your setlist. The shared list then shows not only the song order, but also where it makes sense to stop before carrying on.
Three steps are enough:
- Open the setlist in editing (MD) mode.
- At the bottom of the list, choose Add a break.
- Use the arrows to move the break where the two parts of rehearsal or the service divide.
A break is its own row: it does not overwrite or remove a song. Everyone sees the same order, so you do not need to coordinate again when you continue.
Try it at your next longer rehearsal: put a break between two blocks and see how much clearer it is to return to the list. Find the details in the setlist chapter of the manual.
