Save your team’s whole song library together

Before a new season, you are handing over the technical computer, or you simply want to put the shared materials somewhere safe. It is not reassuring to search song by song for what the team library contains.

With a group admin’s full library export, you can collect lyrics and chords in one ZIP, then choose the scores, stems and tags you need too. That leaves your team with one shared copy you can return to later.

Three steps are enough:

• Open Group admin and find the Export entire library card.
• Choose which attachments belong in the ZIP; lyrics and chords are always included.
• Start the export, then open the finished file from the email link or the group Media library.

Large lossless stems can make the package take considerable space because it uses the media-library quota.

Try it on a calm preparation day: create one full export and check that you can still find the ZIP later in the Media library. Find details in the Group management chapter of the manual.
