Make sure everyone knows you by name

Before rehearsal, the leader is looking for someone for a task, but the list still shows an old nickname or the name of a shared family account. Even a short conversation takes an extra turn when it is unclear whom to address.

With your display name, you can use the name by which your team knows you. That makes it clearer who a notification belongs to in assignments, shared tasks, and mentions.

Three steps are enough:

• Open the Menu, then Settings.
• On the Account tab, find Profile.
• Enter the name your team knows, then select Save.

This changes only the display name shown in Chords365; it does not change the account you use to sign in.
