1. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Chords365. During registration you must confirm that you are at least 16. You confirm this by self-declaration; we do not ask for or store your date of birth.
2. If you are under the age limit
If you are younger than 16, please do not create an account or use the service. If you would like to use it, please involve your parent or guardian, or contact us.
3. Children’s data (COPPA)
The service is not directed to children. In line with the United States COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we hold the data of a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it.
4. Parental contact
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data without your consent, please write to [email protected] and we will act promptly.
