Always-visible “next song” on the song page

On the song page, a compact floating indicator now shows where you are in the setlist (X / Y) and the title of the next song – right above the stepper.

As soon as you scroll to the bottom of the page and the lower box appears, the indicator discreetly disappears; on the last song it reads “Last song”. That way you see what's coming at a glance, without having to hunt for it.
